These conditions define the sales process for ordering, payment, delivery and return of goods or complaint offered on our site. Supplier (seller) is the Buco-Sport, Zagreb, a buyer of goods is a visitor e-commerce, which will choose at least one product, full electronic order form and send it to vendor. All firms, football clubs, sports associations to register, when register they chose wholesale and after they are checked and confirm by the sales manager they user account will be activated and then they can order by wholesale conditions.
ORDERING
The goods can be order in electronic form or telephone. If the seller is unable to deliver all the requested items, those that can will be shipped. With the delivery of these items Purchaser will send the e-mail on anticipated time for the delivery of the remaining items. The buyer can cancel the delivery of the remaining items. If the buyer does not have e-mail address, they will be informed by telephone.

Note for wholesale
Wholesale customer to order the items in the wholesale value, they order must be a minimum of 3000 kn (315 €) and individual items must be ordered in minimum quantities required.
If the buyer in order does not fulfill the required conditions will not be able to complete the purchase.
Wholesale order is valid only for the Republic of Croatia.
DELIVERY
Shipping is not charged if the buyer is coming for goods alone.
Delivery for all orders up to 800 kn is:
- 28 KN + VAT for the area of the city of Zagreb
- 50 KN + VAT for other parts of Croatia
For orders above 800 kn in retail and wholesale:
- Delivery is not charged
Delivery deadline from the moment the confirmation order:
- the area of Croatia - 24 hours
- Islands - (according to a separate schedule)
- the area of Dubrovnik (36/48 hours)
The buyer is obliged in retrieving the goods to check for any damage and immediately advertise the caterer who provided goods or reject to take package that has been visible external damage.
Merchandise is secured from loss in delivery, and if the buyer or after 10 days of the surrender order does not get any notice or delivery of the Seller, must notify the seller on telephone number or by email-a info@buco-sport.hr so that it can take action to find the shipment or send replacement.
Delivery will be made only on the territory of Croatia.

PAYMENT
Ordered items with the cost of delivery Vendor Purchaser shall pay by credit card, by offer or Cash on delivery (general transfer, Internet banking) on the basis by order. If the buyer decides to pay by offer or cash on delivery we give a discount of 10% on all products that are not in the special offer. Only when the payment is confirmed then ordered goods will be sent to the address that buyer said in registering form. The buyer can speed up the process so that the confirmation of payment sent by fax.
The buyer at any time on the page under their profile -> my order can view his previous orders.
In all the articles prices in retail include VAT.
VAT is not included in wholesale prices.
REFUND / COMPLAINTS
The buyer is entitled to a refund of goods in the following cases:
- delivery of goods that are not ordered
- delivery of goods, which has a mistake or defects that are not made in transport
- delivery of the goods has created damage in transport
The seller will refund goods approved by the Purchaser after receipt of a complaint justified, telephone number 098/783-159 or by email-a info@buco-sport.hr, with instructions for the return of goods. In the case of the inability of delivery other goods, Seller will reimburse the Purchaser of its postal refund the cost of goods and the possible value of goods which is no longer able to deliver.
