Methods of payment
Ordered items with the cost of delivery buyer can pay by credit card or by estimate (general transmission, Internet banking), based on buyer orders. If the buyer decides to pay per estimate, he gets a discount of 10% on all products that are not in the special offer. When payment has been recorded, order will be confirmed and sent to the buyer address, which was said at the registration . The buyer can speed up the process so that the confirmation of payment will send by fax.
The buyer can, at any time, review its order on the page (under my profile -> my order).
VAT is included in all cost items.
Is it possible to order the product that is not available on the stock?
If you are looking for some products in desired size that we do not have currently on our stock, you can order products in requested size of the NIKE's warehouse for the whole Europe.
Minimum waiting time of delivery is 15-20 days from the date of order.
When a product comes to our warehouse, you will be notified on your contact number that the product is available for standard purchase procedure.
Do I have to pay delivery separately?
Delivery for all orders up to 800 Kn is:
- 28 kn + VAT for the area of the city of Zagreb
- 50 kn + VAT for other parts of Croatia
For orders above 800 Kn delivery is not charged.
What are the terms of delivery?
Deadline from the moment of delivery confirmation order:
- the area of Croatia - 24 hours
- Islands - (according to a separate schedule)
- the area of Dubrovnik (36/48 hours)
Whether the delivery is done and on weekends?
No. Shipping is done only on weekdays.
What if I choose the wrong size of the product?
If the buyer choose the wrong size of the product, he has the right to replace the product for the appropriate size, but only if the product is on stock. In the case of returning goods, the buyer pays the costs of return of goods. Therefore, when ordering, please see the table size to be sure that you have selected the appropriate size of the product.

Table size is located next to the menu for selecting a size. Click on ? and will open a new window with a table.
Where can I look at my orders?
You can, at any time, review your orders on the page (under my profile -> my order).
What if I want you to send me e-mails about new products and offers?
If you want to receive notifications of new products or special offers, during registration put the check in the box Newsletter.
Who can comment on products?
Only registered users can comment products.
Are the information on my credit card that I gave in payment protected?
Yes, the confidentiality of your information is protected and secured using SSL encryption, thus providing a secure transfer of information and illicit disabled access.
All information about users is strictly kept and are available only to workers wich are given necessary for conducting business.

In which case I have the right to a refund / complaint?
The buyer is entitled to a refund of goods in the following cases:
- delivery of goods that were not ordered
- delivery of goods, which has a mistake or defects that are not made in transport
- delivery of the goods that has created damage in transport.
